Custom Email: O365 - Forwarding does not preserve original From header
When you forward emails in O365 to another account within the same tenant then the original From header gets overwritten.
The Service Desk custom email feature needs to get the original From email address in order to save the external author of the request.
A workaround is to forward to an address outside the current tenant.
