Large spike in test flakiness for test-on-gdk e2e tests

We observe a rather large spike in test flakiness for e2e tests that run against gdk environment in e2e:test-on-gdk pipeline.

For master run on 27-03-2024 16:13:00 we can see a clear spike in amount of tests being retried due to random environmental issues where some page elements aren't loading in time or at all. grafana dashboard.
