Scrape Prometheus metrics for Sidekiq nodes

Via omnibus-gitlab!1851 (merged), Sidekiq nodes now have a Prometheus metrics endpoint here:

http://localhost:8082/metrics

This is currently active on staging and Geo testbed nodes, so it would be useful to get data now so we can plot the progress of Geo sync.
