Disable ability to make changes to the order of task list items without clicking the edit button

I filled my first issue in GitLab.

I didn’t know it was possible to make changes to the order of task list items without clicking the edit button. So I made a mess. (I hope I cleaned correctly.)

I would like very much that it would be possible to disable this feature. :-)

Problem to solve

GitLab has a feature which allows users to make some kind of changes (in relation to the ordering of the bullet points) without clicking the edit button.

Proposal

Make a setting that allows to disable this feature.

Intended users

Final users, who find bugs and want to report them in a GitLab tool.
