Telegram Integration Broken/Missing Field

Hi,

I was looking at the Telegram integration and considering enabling it.

We use topics in our Telegram group to separate discussions on different projects and topics.

In the docs:

Clearly says Message Thread ID is an option; this is what's needed to use Topics, however, the settings page is completely missing that field!

This makes the Telegram Integration broken for our use case, and I presume many others; I was disappointed to not see it, then saw in the Docs that the TG integration is rather new (and the Topics feature is newer on TG, so had the integration been older I could understand if it wasn't updated to include the topics featuer) however then I did see in the docs that it should've been there.

Not sure what the issue is here, perhaps a flag somewhere didn't get enabled or something?

Using SaaS, of course. Thanks in advance! Hopefully you guys can get this fixed ASAP! Would love to get notifications on Telegram now since we primarily use that.
