Only show commented lines in merge request overview.

When you review a merge request with comments on lines you

• See more lines as commented.
• Don't see the commented lines range.

It appears confusing. In overview, only show the lines where the comment belongs to. This can be either one line or a range. Currently I count 12 additional lines which are not required here.

On the Changes tab, you can hover the comment to see highlight of related lines. But this does not work in Overview tab.

On the Changes tab, you can still show additional lines. You can hover to see the affected lines. But in Overview tab, I would only show the lines where you commented on.

Additional, we could add a link on the thread comment in Overview to show it on Changes tab. "Show in Changes".
