Release notes

Problem to solve

The MR widget shows the following:
Test coverage 100.00% (30.00%) from 1 job

If you hover on 30.00%, you see the message:
This change will increase the overall test coverage if merged.

So the 30% comes from a comparison between the average of the 3 jobs in the main branch (70%) vs the 1 job in in the MR (100%). Yes? If that the case, provide one on one comparison based purely on job names. So instead of the average, if the MR has test_1  job only, it should be a comparison between coverage of test_1 in the main branch.
