Personal projects don't show up when there is a CI catalog project

Summary

Personal projects don't show up when there is a CI catalog project.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a test project or use any existing project
  2. Open up Settings > General.
  3. Go to the Visibility, project features, permissions area and expand options.
  4. Find the CI/CD Catalog project option and enable the toggle.
  5. Go back to the profile page and locate Personal projects.

What is the current bug behavior?

I cannot see the list of my projects when there is a CI/CD Catalog project.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The list of my projects shows up regardless.
