Epic section in right sidebar should have hint link.

In the issue sidebar, the "Epic" section does not appear to be interactive.

This can be unintuitive/confusing for those who are not already familiar with the way epics work (e.g. you cannot add the issue to an epic from here, you go to the epic page and add the issue there). I think this warrants some help/hint text similar to the time tracking section below (the ? mark in the corner explains how to interact with that feature). Perhaps it could display a tooltip with some help text or link to the documentation page for epics.
