Explore advanced editor for security policy

Background

We currently have yaml mode(code) and rule mode(forms), the feedbacks we got various:

• Some users prefer rule mode
• Some users prefer yaml mode
• Some users use rule mode to generate code and then edit the code

As a result, user probably benefit from both rule mode and ymal mode, we can make the UI more intelligent to have users

Ideas

• User can easily switch between rule and yaml mode
• When the user edits a small mole, the rule mode changes at the same time. Vice versa is the same
• Rule mode is showing as text which is easier to, and when the user try to edit it, it becomes forms
• Code drop and drag
