Business Metrics

With more and more businesses running on software, it is critically important to be able to monitor KPI's. For example an e-commerce site may be monitoring average shopping cart sizes, checkout frequency, customer service chats/messages/calls, and more.

With the addition of custom metrics we have now a foundation for companies to add their own business metrics and track them.

To accomplish this, we should:

  1. Update the "add new metric" screen with a dropdown to specify the category
  2. The category should include three options: Response, System, or Business.
  3. This dropdown should then be used to make a to display these metrics in their own group on the environment dashboard.
