Dependencies grouping - License: Add fetching logic

If the group-by option is set to "License" we need to fetch the grouped data and render the result as an expandable/collapsible list:

Note: The endpoint for this is not yet refined, so implementation details will follow when it is ready. The fetch parameters will also need to include the selected "sort by" option.
