Service Desk in groups
Description
I'm currently working with a friend on a project with a couple submodules. Since those are related, I decided to move the projects to a new group. According to here, gitlab is
[...] still committed to open-source software, so all paid features are also available to all public projects [...]
I'd like to use the Service Desk, so people can create issues directly from the application.
Proposal
Allow features like service desk for groups as well.
