Feature proposal: Publish GraphQL schema, so IDE code editors can provide code suggestions

Currently, the GraphQL schema doesn't seem to be publicly available.

IDE extensions, like GraphQL for VS Code, require a publicly available schema to be able to produce code suggestions and validation.

GitLab should provide such publicly available GraphQL schema, so users can benefit from using those extensions when creating GraphQL queries.
