fails to display emojies list.
Steps to reproduce
- Go to User's comment templates page
- Click on "Add new" or "Edit" an existing Comment template
- Ensure the "Content" box is in rich text editor mode by clicking "Switch to rich text editing" at the bottom of the box. If the text says "Switch to plain text editing" then the box is already in rich text editing mode.
- In the "Content" box type

. Emoji suggestion box locks in loop with "Loading..." message.
Example Project
N/A, happens in User's preferences view.
What is the current bug behavior?
The suggestion box for emojies does not show any suggestion and instead displays the message "loading" forever. Writing the code for the emoji does not render the emoji either.
What is the expected correct behavior?
When typing :
a box should popover with emoji suggestions based on the entry after :
. Once an emoji tag is closed then the relevant emoji should be displayed in the text.
