Add project avatar during blank project creation

Problem

User cannot upload a project avatar during the creation of a new project.

To save users time, they should be able to upload project avatars already during the project creation flow, otherwise they have to then go into the project settings of the newly created project to add the avatar later.

Proposal

Add the avatar field to the project creation form.
