Add support for the Typst language

Typst is a markup-based typesetting system for the sciences, similar to LaTeX. I'd like to see support for Typst within GitLab, such as syntax highlighting in the code viewer. It is already recognised and supported by GitHub as its own language, as seen on the official template repo. For more information about the language, see their compiler repo or docs
