Add comment to the Jira issue for a Vulnerability Dismissal

Problem to solve

In GitLab we've added the ability to dismiss a vulnerability (acceptable risk, false positive, etc.). When a vulnerability is dismissed, an optional comment is included with the dismissal reason. Today the dismissal reasons and comments only exist on the Vulnerability record.

Proposal

Include the dismissal reason and comment as a comment in the linked Jira issue.
