Remove feature toggle for security policy scope

Why are we doing this work

We would like to remove Feature Toggle in Group settings to make Policy Scope feature available by default.

Implementation plan

Verification steps

  • Create a top level group and go to Settings -> General -> Permissions and Group features -> Security policy scope Experiment make sure no setting exist
  • Go to Secure -> Policies -> New Policy and verify that Policy Scope section is visible Screenshot_2024-01-02_at_12.23.15_PM
  • Disable the toggle from settings and verify that the policy scope section will not be visible in the policy editor
