Expose Vulnerability Report last updated timestamp in the API

Problem to solve

The Vulnerability report shows when the report was last updated by a pipeline. As of writing this information is only available in the UI and is not exposed in any of our API endpoints.

Proposal

Consider adding this information in one of the following API endpoints:

• Vulnerability Findings API
• Projects API
• some other endpoint.

• Amy (Application Security Engineer)
• Alex (Security Operations Engineer)
