[FE] Add ability to delete signature for tag

On the container registry page, add a Delete button in the signature details modal that will delete the signature tag when clicked. There should also be a delete confirmation of some sort. Note that we also need to check if deleting the signature tag itself in the registry list, will also delete it as a referrers for the actual image tag.
