A job page for a job waiting for approval does not scale properly

If you have a job that is waiting for approval, the job page Empty State picture looks unproportionaly big on wide monitors:

- Run pipelines to create environments/deployments
- Protect the Production environment by navigating to Settings > CI/CD and add at least one deployment rule and at least one approval rule.
- Run another pipeline.
- Navigate to the pipeline and and go to deploy-production job
Expected behavior
To be filled in.
My guess is there should be a max-width set for the empty state.
