Docs feedback: GitLab Runner executors: Please clarify on what is getting installed with GitLab Runner

Currently, the documentation doesn't provide explicit information on the executors that are being installed along with GitLab Runner when GitLab Runner is being installed.

For instance, do we need to install Docker for Windows separately or is it installed with GitLab Runner for Windows?

Please clarify.
