Improve CSS selector to hide the feedback link in AI Agents debug chat

Once refactor(GlDuoChatMessage): Adds class to ident... (gitlab-ui!3981 - merged) is included in a release and has been pulled into the gitlab project, change the selector to hide the feedback link in the AI Agents debug chat to the new class name. See !141698 (comment 1784029703)
