Organization Admin - Show badges on projects list

What/Why

Follow up from thread: !144095 (comment 1775011418)

Currently, on the Organization Admin Dashboard and Groups/Projects view we show a Project list. In that list, it can contain projects that are pending deletion. It is unclear currently in the UI that these projects are pending deletion, especially after a use clicks the button to delete them.

Additionally, we should do the same for archived projects, see !145277 (merged)

In the regular instance Admin area we show a pending deletion badge, we should reflect the same here.

In the future, we are researching an additional tab for these items or using a filter.
