UI bug on the page to create projects from a template

Summary

There seems to be a bug on the page to create projects from a template. When there are more templates that can fit in one single page, and the user navigates to the second page, the UI doesn't load correctly. Please take a look at the video I recorded. This happens in GitLab.com.

Steps to reproduce

• Navigate to https://gitlab.com/projects/new#create_from_template
• Create more than 50 templates on your group
  • GitLab team members don't need to do this as the internal group has more than 50 templates already
• Click on the group tab
• Scroll to the bottom of the page
• Click on the button to navigate to the second page
