Problem to solve

We use the package registry to host our NuGet packages. Here we notice some metadata fields are missing. Most importantly the readme is missing.

Intended users

Developers who consume our private packages

User experience goal

Because the readme is missing, the developer has no clue what the package contains. GitLab should support the readme field like packages on NuGet.org do.

What does success look like, and how can we measure that?

When the readme is included in the .NET project .csproj and published to the package registry, the readme is visible like the Newtonsoft.Json example.
