Group Membership Visual Indicator in nav_user_menu

Problem

A US Government customer raised a proposal to include a visual indicator of group membership for users. At present, there are users that are assigned multiple SAML/AD groups, and including a visual indicator of group membership would help said user determine which group they're logged in with.
