Epic description timestamp updates when start or finish date is changed

Steps to reproduce

• Go to an epic, such as this one: &23 (closed)
• Change one of the dates in the sidebar.

What happens

• The description update timestamp updates to now.

What should happen

• The description update timestamp should remain unchanged.

Note

This seems to only happen if the description already has an update timestamp. (i.e. if the epic description was never changed), this won't happen. Such as this one: &4 (closed)
