Improving CI job token error messaging for allowlist configuration

Enhancing error messaging related to the allowlist UI configuration, covering all error messages associated with adding or removing a project from the list.

In other words, if I am the user and I'm trying to add or remove a project or group from the allow list, I will receive an error message if it doesn't work.
