Add a note to Contribution Analytics when ClickHouse data store is used

Problem to solve
The UI does not indicate when ClickHouse is being used, and users have no idea whether the data on CA is coming from ClickHouse.
Proposal
Add a note to the Contribution Analytics page when the data_source_clickhouse boolean variable is available on the frontend.
Proposed note (open to suggestions):
The data on this page comes from our analytical database (ClickHouse) which ingests data with a few minutes of delay.
We'll proceed with Option A in the attached designs.
