Make import results filterable and searchable

Problem

The direct transfer history page lacks the option to filter or order the results (for example by status badges). At the moment entries are ordered by creation date and this cannot be changed by the user. Searching for failed or partially completed imports of groups/projects takes time, because the user needs to click through the pages.

Users would like to be able to search for a particular project. Use-case form customer feedback: a person working on a particular project reports some problem with its import and they would like to be able to find it fast on the history page.

“Other than clicking through the transfer history, is there an easier way to find transfer failures/errors?”

Solution

Add a filter and sort to the top of the import results table.

We will eventually want to split out finished into two new statuses (Completed and Partially completed). This work will be done in: #463317
