Time Tracking: "Spent at" time is not timezone neutral

We use a self hosted git server which runs on UTC. My personal work machine runs on CET.

When I add a time tracking entry without specifying a "spent at" date I allways get the error "Spent at can't be a future date and time." because the default time git sets on my PC is an hour ahead of the server time. This makes adding tracked time much more of a hassle than it needs to be.
