Slack slash commands have stopped working and re-authentication gives error "Validation failed: Chat has already been taken"
Summary
I have upgraded gitlab to v16.8.1 and now I cannot run any Slack slash commands that I previously could. When executed in Slack, I get a message
To ensure the highest security standards, we verify the source of all slash commands.
Please confirm the request by accessing [this link] through a web browser.
Upon successful validation, you're granted access to slash commands.However, when I open that link and click Authorize, I get a 422 error page with The change you requested was rejected.
What is the current bug behavior?
Slack slash commands now require authorization but that errors out.
What is the expected correct behavior?
Slack slash commands should work as before.
