keyboard shortcuts: navigate only through filtered files
Insight
As specialist reviewer in a MR I am interested in a special class of files, that can be filtered by file extensions. When I type something in the file tree filter, I can see the list of files that I am interest in, but even if the list of files is filtered, browsing to the previous or the next file in the MR, it moves through the whole list of files, forcing me to use the mouse to select the files I'm interest to review.
Additionally there's no out of the box shortcut to mark a file as Viewed

Action
Change the navigation of files using shortcuts in Merge Requests:
- If the file list is filtered, limit the list of files that can be viewed using the keyboard shortcuts to the files that match the filter
- Support a shortcut to mark the file as Viewed
- Optionally support the Mark as Viewed, and go to next as a single shortcut
