Geo specs are run twice on the CI

It seems that Geo specs are run twice on the CI:

• Normal RSpec job: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/-/jobs/45219925
• Geo RSpec job: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/-/jobs/45220467

It's interesting to see that the specs pass (not in the jobs linked above, but the failures are related to the particular branch changes) in the normal RSpec job, though.
