Users deprovisioning using Okta/SAML.
All our users are created in Gitlab using Okta but if one of this users are deleted from Okta they still have an active user created in Gitlab. They can't log in using the web interface because okta rejects them but if they configure SSH Keys or API Keys they still have access.
Proposal
We need to be able to deactivate users that no longer exists or have the application assigned in Okta.
