Unclear what user icons in Merge Request widget mean
In the merge request widget there's a section for Approvals, see below:
It's not clear what the user icons in this part of the widget are supposed to indicate. Are they the people who have already approved? People who can approve? People who we recommend approve based on who’s edited the given files before?
We should figure out what this is actually supposed to mean and then improve the design to better communicate that.
