Evaluate workflow to remove a child item in work items child items widget

Problem to solve

The "X" to remove a child item from the child items widgets is very prominent. Removing an item is not an action that is very common action yet it is displayed prominently in every row.

Proposal

There are a couple of ways this could be solved:

• Create another way for a child work item to be removed (user clicks an edit button?)
• Have the "X" only appear on hover.
  • NOTE: This was not the preferred approach due to accessibility concerns. Other tools like Slack use this pattern so I am interested to see if there are accessible ways to do this.
