USAGE
This is a marker issue intended to be used on the Remote Development Iteration Planning Board in the ~"rd-workflow::prioritized" column.
It is a divider between issues that have been explicitly prioritized for the next upcoming maturity goal (e.g. Experiment, Beta, GA, Viable, Complete, Loveable), and those which have not.
This relative prioritization should be performed regularly as part of the Sync Phase of Pre-IPM Process - Prioritization.
Any issue which is below this line in the ~"rd-workflow::prioritized" list of the board has not yet been prioritized relative to other issues in the list, and needs to be reviewed and put in the proper relative prioritization during the next Sync Phase of Pre-IPM Process - Prioritization meeting.
