Labels from VSA "filter bar" should be inherited when drill-down to "Issue Analytics"

Release note

The VSA explore and analyze workflows have been improved, and we now apply the same filters when drilling down from "Lead time" to "Issue Analytics".

Problem

When using VSA to explore and analyze workflows, its challenging and time-consuming to repeatedly apply the same filters when drilling down from the "Lead time" tile to "Issue Analytics".

Proposal

Similar to VSD drill-down links inherit labels from panel ... (!133899 - merged) , adding filters inherit to the link between VSA "Lead time" and "Issue Analytics". This includes:

1. Labels
2. Milestones
3. Author
4. Assignee

• Date filters are out of scope for this issue.
