Update last scanned column

Problem

In the compliance adherence report there is a column titled "Last Scanned". This can be a little misleading that the projects are scanned in intervals and that the status is not 'current'. The projects are checked whenever a setting is changed so the status is current, leading to confusion.

Proposal

Update the column to be relative times. The time since the check was last run, or how long the check has been healthy. For example change title to Time Since Status and value 2 days ago

Also move this column to the right of the Status column
