Feature proposal: Show the percentage of confirmed vulnerabilities and of false positives + evolution over time in dashboards

Proposal

This is a request coming from a customer (Salesforce link) in an GitLab Ultimate trial.

They want to use the vulnerability report to triage vulnerabilities. They would like to see the % of confirmed and % of false positives in the dashboard. In the security dashboard, they would like to see the evolution overtime.

This could perhaps also be displayed in the Value Streams dashboard.

Do we have any plans to add these metrics or enable custom metrics in security dashboards?
