Problem to solve
Group owners/maintainers sometimes need to investigate spikes in CI or storage usage across multiple projects. Our current listing highlights the overall top projects, but does not allow slicing the data by time.
Proposal
Either add the same kind of From/To filter, or a line chart with a Merge date slider. We offer both options for the MR Productivity Analytics (example for GitLab employees)
