Mark the moved issues as such on the floating title pane.

Problem to solve

Moved issues are correctly marked as such at the top of their page:

When the user scrolls down the page a pane appears at the top with the status and title for reader's reference.

The status widget of the pane is similar to the one at the top of the page, but doesn't show the fact that this issue was moved.

Proposal

Use the same widget for both the pane and the top of the page. Or at least line them up, so the pane shows the fact that this issue was moved.

Intended users

Any user reading the content of the moved issue would benefit, regardless of their persona.

If they look up and see the status and it doesn't warn of the issue being moved, they most likely believe it wasn't. Only those who look when they are at the top of the page will notice.
