Docs: how to mention EE tiers on the docs

Some of our docs say "Available in Enterprise Edition", some say "Available in Enterprise Edition Starter".

How should we make this consistent?

Giving the fact that we are to apply badges to the docs (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/40350), we have a few options:

1. Say "Available in Enterprise Edition Starter" and apply the EES badge, and assume the users know that everything available in EES is also available in EEP and EEU (we say it in the very beginning of the docs: https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/README.html)
2. Say "Available in Enterprise Edition Starter" and apply the 3 badges (EES/EEP/EEU)
3. Say "Available in Enterprise Edition Starter and higher tiers" and apply the EES badge

Any other combination I'm missing?
