Proposal

Currently we are receiving emails notifications only if we specify the user mails explicitly in pipeline status emails.

Feature proposal

Group email notifications (Distribution list) should be enabled for all the GitLab related activities.

Our organization is creating distribution list for all the different program teams and henceforth we need to keep DL's to make it work in all the GitLab related activities.
