[Feedback] Collapse diffs of generated files in merge requests

This issue is for feedback around the new collapse generated files feature for merge requests.

We'll now automatically collapse certain files that are unlikely to need a review. This is to speed up the loading of diffs and help reviewers focus on what's important. Users can also choose to exclude or include additional files or types by editing the .gitattributes config for the project.
