Email deletion does not reset user's group notification settings
Users can configure which of their email to use for group notifications per group. Those settings are stored in notification_settings
table.
If user deletes their email that is used for group notifications, notifications from that group will still go to that email.
After the email deletion, the user's group notification settings that use this email should be reset to the user's global notification email.
