[Feedback] Request Changes on Merge Requests

We've enabled Request Changes feature for merge requests on GitLab. This allows you to perform a review of a merge request and then approve, comment or request changes from the author of the merge request.

When you request changes this is only visible in the sidebar of the merge request next to the reviewers name. This is also a non-blocking action, so merge requests can still proceed as expected this just surfaces additional information to other participants.

Please provide any feedback you have about this feature as we continue to work on improvements prior to a wider rollout.
